Landscape design covers site analysis, concept design, site plan, planting plan, hardscape and material selection, and lighting and irrigation proposals. 3D visualisation, construction details, quantity take-off and implementation can be added as needed.
Which areas do you serve?
We mainly work in and around Istanbul, and also serve villa, residential and commercial projects across Türkiye, especially Bodrum, Izmir and Antalya. Design and consultancy can also be delivered remotely.
How long does a landscape project take?
Residential design projects usually reach final design within 3–6 weeks. Construction time ranges from a few weeks to a few months depending on size, scope and season.
How are landscape design fees calculated?
Fees depend on the size of the site, the scope (design only, 3D, details and quantities, implementation) and location. After an initial meeting we send a written proposal with clearly defined scope and deliverables.
Can I buy the design only and build it myself?
Yes. Designs are delivered with construction-ready drawings and bills of quantities. If you wish, we can also provide site supervision and consultancy during the build.
